Terms of Service

Loha (“Loha”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted fitness application that generates training programs, coaching guidance, and progress tracking (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and data created during the beta may be reset. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind during this period.

Loha provides general fitness information generated with the help of AI. It is not medical advice, and the AI coach is not a licensed healthcare professional or certified personal trainer. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for training within your own limits.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Parts of the Service may require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms. Trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You retain ownership of the data you log in Loha. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the Service, including generating programs and coaching feedback with AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from your use of training content, beyond the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Loha is operated by LOHA FIT PTY LTD, ABN 64 690 802 905, ACN 690 802 905, an Australian private company registered in Victoria. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
