Email support@loha.fit from the address linked to your Loha account. Tell us what happened and whether you use iPhone, Android or the website. Never send your password or payment card details.

Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple account, or a Google Play subscription in Google Play. For website purchases, use Loha’s billing management page or contact us. Your billing provider confirms trial eligibility, the renewal price and cancellation terms before purchase. Eligible new subscribers receive a 2-week trial; cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge.
