Privacy Policy

Loha is operated by LOHA FIT PTY LTD (ABN 64 690 802 905, ACN 690 802 905), an Australian private company registered in Victoria. We are the data controller for the information described below, and you can reach us at the address in the contact section.

Account details (email, name, sign-in identity from Apple or Google), your fitness profile (goals, experience, equipment, schedule, biological sex where you choose to provide it), workout logs, body weight entries, and messages you send to the AI coach.

If you choose to connect health data (e.g. Apple Health), we read only the categories you approve, such as steps, calories, active minutes, and sleep, to tailor coaching. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

On this website, if you arrive through a campaign or referral link we record which link sent you and limited campaign parameters. A referral is held for up to 30 days in a secure first-party browser cookie, then verified and attached to your Loha account after sign-up. Funnel analytics use opaque identifiers and do not include the referral code, your email address, or payment details. If you join the launch email list, campaign details may also be stored with our email provider.

If you buy or manage a web subscription, Stripe processes your payment details. We receive billing identifiers, subscription status, invoice status, and limited contact and tax details needed to run your account. Loha does not receive your full card number.

To run the Service: generating your training program, adapting coaching to your progress, and showing your stats. Your profile and logs are sent to AI model providers to generate programs and coach replies; they are used for that purpose, not for advertising.

Data is stored with our cloud providers, including database and application hosting in Singapore. We use trusted processors for authentication, push notifications, analytics, and email. Stripe processes direct web payments and invoices. Apple and Google process purchases made through their stores. We do not sell your personal data.

If you join the launch list on loha.fit we store your email to send you access details and occasional product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

You can export or delete your account and its data at any time by contacting support@loha.fit. Deletion removes your profile, logs, and coach history from our systems within 30 days, except where law requires retention.

We will announce material changes to this policy in the app before they take effect.
